1. Acceptance of Terms

Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether you personally authorized such actions. You agree to immediately notify jlph64 of any unauthorized account access or security breach.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

jlph64 accepts deposits through various payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT (TRC20), and other methods displayed on our website. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in funds being returned and possible account closure.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

Bonuses are not withdrawable as cash and must satisfy wagering requirements before any winnings can be withdrawn.

Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount and/or deposit amount before withdrawal eligibility. • Using the Service for any illegal purpose, including money laundering
• Collusion with other players to gain unfair advantages

7. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY PHILIPPINE LAW, jlph64 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our maximum aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount of deposits you made to your account during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and jlph64.

If informal negotiation does not resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in Metro Manila, Philippines, in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

11. Account Closure and Termination

jlph64 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abuse of bonuses, failure to provide requested verification documents, or behavior detrimental to the Service or other Users.

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service immediately ceases. If your account is closed due to violation of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. If closed for other reasons or upon your request, jlph64 will process withdrawal of your remaining balance after deduction of any fees, charges, or amounts owed to us, subject to completion of required verification procedures.

12. General Provisions

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and jlph64 regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12.3 Waiver

No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision. jlph64's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

12.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account to any third party without our prior written consent. jlph64 may assign or transfer these Terms at any time without notice or consent.
